Casey Bowen

Project Manager

Casey’s passion for construction stemmed from watching his dad build their own home and his grandparents’ home in early adolescence. By the time he was graduating high school, he had taught himself AutoCad and architectural drafting. Casey graduated with a degree in Construction Management from BYU and joined Pulte Homes in Las Vegas as a Superintendent in 2002 where he oversaw the construction of hundreds of homes in one of the fastest growing housing markets in the country. Casey’s desire to learn all aspects of the industry lead him to take a position in Sales at Pulte in 2005. In 2011 Casey joined a custom builder in Wyoming and also started his own custom home design business on the side. His well-rounded experience in everything from design to estimating to construction and sales, as well as his aligned goals for exemplary customer service made him a great fit for the expanding Magleby Communities team. Casey has been married for 17 years and has 4 children. He coaches little league football and loves to spend time outdoors—big game hunting, fishing, camping and hiking.
