Quinn Heder brings a nearly a half century of construction, management and customer care experience to Magleby Property Services. An avid proponent of our company’s culture of personal accountability, Quinn preaches propriety and not only promotes belief in every customer’s right to value based services, but promises it. As a result, our team of knowledgeable and skilled technicians is capable of and committed to delivering that promised value.
Living the bulk of his life in Utah, Quinn has also lived and worked in various other areas of the country and abroad, including California, Nevada, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. While managing a small service corporation in Puerto Rico, he learned Spanish as a second language. Learning construction at the side of his father, Quinn decided early the direction he would take his professional life. Through high school and early college years, he earned his living working various construction trades, eventually becoming a General Contractor and operating his own company for 17 years. Quinn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at University of Phoenix, is a confident leader, skilled craftsman, artist and finally a writer.
Married to Marianne Chavez for 30 plus years, he is the father of seven children and grandfather to seven grandchildren. Quinn is a huge Utah Jazz fan, but loves most types of sporting events. For fun and exercise, he enjoys cycling, both road and mountain, hiking, and camping and fishing with his family.
Josh Hawkins is a highly motivated and resourceful individual with a lifetime of experience in the world of construction. Such experience, coupled with his wide range of talents and remarkable sensitivity in caring for our customers, makes him a highly placed and valued member of our Property Services team.
Josh’s journey to becoming the professional he is today began with an early interest in learning how things work and quickly expanded to repairing and rebuilding things such as bicycles, electronics and power tools. His first construction job came at the age of 16, working for an excavating company in California and since he has spent the bulk of his professional life in or around the building industry. In addition to owning and operating a successful handyman business, Josh has earned and maintained a number of certifications and licenses including a Commercial Driver’s License, Green Build Certification, Level 1 Building Investigation Thermography Certification, Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification and is currently working toward his Journeyman Electrical License.
Outside of work and learning new technology, Josh is a dedicated husband to his wife Jeannine (who also works for Magleby Construction!), and has 2 wonderful boys, Patrick and Aedan. Josh exhibits his dedication to community, donating countless hours of his free time assisting the local theater, building sets and working in tech for sound and lighting.
