Responsible for providing cost and budget estimates for Magleby remodel projects. Assists estimating team with estimates in Estate Homes group as needed. Includes performing takeoffs, soliciting trade partner bids, bid analysis, and bidder selection. Focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of bids presented.

The Project Administrator | Administrative Assistant will perform a dual role supporting our President of Utah Operations as well as the project management process. This position will perform and assist with a variety of administrative, project management and accounting duties.

Works with existing clientele to design and sell our Masterpiece Millwork custom cabinets, man doors and moldings.

Installs custom cabinetry, molding, trim, base, doors, glass and hardware. Delivers material to jobsite and provides warranty work.

CNC Programmer translates CAD drawings into computer commands operating a 5-Axis CNC machine. Prepares and executes process, inspecting final product for consistency.

Creates complete shop drawings and proposals. Partners with Designer and shop. Works in a team environment, performing any task as needed.

Builds high-end custom cabinets, doors and millwork for high-end, luxury custom homes.

Performs comprehensive accounting and operational support. Reports to and assists Finance Manager.

Responsible to greet visitors, answer phones, sort and distribute mail, and maintain the lobby area. Supports HR and accounting functions. Serves as the first impression of Magleby Construction, as such, professional appearance, demeanor and standards are a must.

Student will gain practical experience through hands-on internship focusing on preconstruction, site and project management. Intentional framework exposes student to the main facets of the industry identifying where individual passion lies. Culture training and team work provide foundation for multi-division mentor / mentee relationship with regular check-ins and feedback. Student develops lifetime relationships and skillset in effort to give back to the industry.
